If you can't deliver, don't say you can, it's as simple as that. I wouldn't lump you in with steamyz, I don't think you have any intention of scamming people om purpose, but you're not far off. It blows my mind anybody gives you money under the pretenses you suggest you work under. Personally, I think you have some great products, but I wouldn't give you $.02 of my hard earned money because I don't trust you to actually deliver my product in a timely manner. If you're going to operate a JIT business model, you better fulfill the T aspect of that model. Otherwise, state what you really are, a hobbiest that likes to build Z parts and buy at your own risk. Because I don't see this issue with any "reputable" vendor. When you purchase something, and hand over money, i think it's reasonable to expect a service or product in return, especially when promised. Now it sounds like you are publicly changing your policy, just seems like more smoke and mirrors to me. IMO
